A prebuilt action is a tested shortcut for a specific operation on a specific site — for example, "post a tweet on X" or "publish a Medium article." Instead of asking your AI agent to figure out clicks, fields, and edge cases from scratch, the agent calls a single named action and BrowserMan handles the rest.
Prebuilt actions are an accelerator, not a limit. Without them, BrowserMan still works on any website through the universal browser-driving path. See how prebuilt actions work for more.
You are using prebuilt actions when your AI agent calls one of them by name through the BrowserMan API. Free-tier accounts will see those calls fall back to the universal browser-driving path instead. After the promotion ends, calling a prebuilt action requires a Pro subscription on that account.
The promotion runs through June 1, 2026 (00:00 UTC). Until then, prebuilt actions are unlocked for every account, with no payment required and no credit card on file. After that, the Pro tier becomes a paid subscription.
If we ever raise the price, anyone already on a paid plan keeps their existing rate for as long as the subscription remains active. We'll announce changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
Both are handled from your dashboard when subscriptions open. You can also email support@browserman.run with any billing question. If you cancel, you keep prebuilt action access until the end of the current billing period.
